Who We Are
Maprecieuse is a luxury jewellery house based in Casablanca, Morocco. We operate the Maprecieuse mobile application and the website maprecieuse.com.

Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Name, email address, phone number when you create an account
- Title, date of birth, country of residence in your profile
- Notes and descriptions you add to your Inspiration Board
- Messages you send us via WhatsApp or email
Information collected automatically
- Photos and images you choose to save to your Inspiration Board
- Your wishlist and cart contents
- Order and purchase history associated with your account
Information we do not collect
- We do not collect your precise location
- We do not collect payment card information
- We do not use advertising tracking or sell your data to third parties
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to:
- Create and manage your Maprecieuse account
- Provide our services including bespoke jewellery consultations and order management
- Send you order updates and, if you opt in, marketing communications
- Allow you to save and manage your personal Inspiration Board
- Improve our app and services
Your Inspiration Board
Images you save to your Inspiration Board are stored securely in our cloud infrastructure (Supabase, hosted in the EU). These images are private to your account and are never shared publicly. We may view images you explicitly share with us for the purpose of fulfilling a bespoke jewellery request.
When you use the iOS Share Extension to save a screenshot directly to your Inspiration Board, the image is uploaded to your private account storage and the original file is not retained by the extension.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
We work with the following trusted service providers:
- Supabase — secure database and file storage (EU-hosted)
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Vercel — website hosting
Marketing Communications
If you opt in to marketing emails, you can withdraw consent at any time by toggling off marketing emails in your Account settings, or by contacting us at hello@maprecieuse.com.
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at hello@maprecieuse.com and we will process your request within 30 days.
Your Rights
Depending on your country of residence, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent for marketing at any time

Children
Maprecieuse is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
